On behalf of EGPC and Melrose Resources, Mansoura Petroleum Company has been established on March 2004, as an operator for oil and gas exploration and production in the Mansoura Concession in Nile Delta-Egypt. Being the first commercial black oil discovery in Nile Delta through El Tamad-1 well discovered in June 2005 which is considered one of the company’s significant achievements.
